Description

Single leaf and double leaf doors (fire resisting closures) with block frames and circumferential smoke seal, decorative surface or real wood veneer. With general building authority approval.

Function

  • 30/90 minutes fire resistance, fire retardant/fire resistant
  • T 30-RS/T 90-RS classification
  • Smoke-tight and tested for continuous operation
  • Soundproofing 37 dB (1-leaf)

Construction

  • Fire door with high mechanical resistance
  • Standard door height up to 2,500 mm
  • Standard double-leaf door width up to 2,500 mm
  • Hydraulic door closer for automatic door closure
  • Three-sided block frame, 55 mm thick and made of the same solid material
  • Grooved door, closes flush with the block frame on both sides
  • Circumferential and permanently elastic smoke seal
  • Circumferential fire protection seal, automatically expands in case of fire
  • 3D stainless steel bands, triple latch lock with double cylinder
  • Smokeproof design with floor sealing

Material characteristic

  • High density solid material with high mechanical resistance
  • Standard HPL surface
  • Standard design: white or light grey – similar to RAL 9016 or RAL 7035; Edges and chamfers darkly contrasted
