Area Manager (m/f/d) in the field sales force
For the region: Southern Germany, Bavaria, Munich, Nuremberg, Würzburg
Your Tasks
- Actively sell our products and solutions
- Sales contact for structural fire protection requirements
- Contact person for building owners, general contractors, architects and specialist planners
- Technical advice to general contractors, planners and builders involved in the project in coordination with our in-house specialist departments
- Further development of long-standing partner and customer relationships
Your PROFILE
- Completed training and professional background as a carpenter, technician, civil engineer or architect (or a comparable qualification in the field of technical building equipment, supply, ventilation or air conditioning technology, fire protection)
- Sales experience in the field, e.g. as a regional manager (m/f/d), area sales manager (m/f/d), district sales manager (m/f/d), sales representative (m/f/d) would be an advantage
- Confident handling of MS-Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of project business an advantage
- Strong communication skills, presentation skills for technical presentations, good self-organisation, ability to work under pressure, customer orientation and enjoyment of consulting and selling
